Possible topics for the four-minute segment include County Executive Jim Smith’s potential state Senate run, who’s now out of the 2010 county executive race, Del. Jon Cardin’s push for campaign finance reform and maybe Comptroller Peter Franchot telling county Democrats it’s time to reform spending and embrace working with the private sector.
